About Us & Our History


Wils Bell, Founder and President, began his career in the recruitment industry in the mid 1980s recruiting Data Processing talent. He worked for both local and national recruiting firms earning several recruiting awards in addition to being named "Top Recruiter of the Year" on multiple occasions.

Wils opened PRS, Inc., his own search firm, in 1990 performing Information Technology searches and a few early security searches for mainframe computer technology in the late 1990's.

By the year 2000 the Internet had changed the face of business environments forever. INFOSEC concerns were on the minds of most large and medium sized organizations and PRS, Inc. was making security placements at the technology level.

In 2002 we placed our first VP level security professional at a Fortune 100 client. At this point we decided to create an Information Security Search practice and continued to build our expertise in the security recruitment niche at the Technical through Executive levels.

Our Security practice worked under the PRS brand & name for seven years until early 2009. In the spring of 2009, were were able to aquire the premier domain name, SecurityHeadhunter.com and re-branded our Security Search practice to better reflect our security recruiting specialty and expertise.

The SecurityHeadhunter.com name not only identifies our security recruiting specialty, but has become our recognizable brand within the security recruitment industry.

We are members of ISSA at the national and local chapter.

We are based in the Orlando, Florida area and work with clients of all sizes to include start-ups through Fortune 100 firms across the USA.

Our industry knowledge includes Banking, Financial, Brokerage, Aerospace, Retail, Utility, Healthcare, Insurance, Defense, Manufacturing, Software, Education, State Agencies, Sports, Entertainment / Travel and more.
